COMEDIAN JOHN HILDER

John
Hilder was born and raised in the comedic hotbed of Salt Lake City,
Utah. As a child John annoyed friends, family, and teachers with his
endless attempts at making those around him laugh. Through the years,
John’s love of connecting with, and entertaining people through comedy
only grew, and in 2004, he moved to Las Vegas to pursue a life in
comedy. John began his stand-up career performing in some of the
worst bars and clubs these eyes have ever seen, but with his goofy
wit, unparalleled originality, and fearless attitude on stage, he
quickly rose in the Las Vegas comedy scene to become one of the most
respected local comedians in the city.
In 2006
John was featured in a “Las Vegas Weekly” cover story discussing local
comedy in Las Vegas. He was also featured several more times in the
“Las Vegas Weekly,” as well as in numerous other Las Vegas newspapers
and magazines. John was a regular guest on KOMP 92.3 radio in Las
Vegas between 2004 and 2007, and in late 2006 through May of 2007,
John was a writer and featured member of the “Las Vegas Laughs Street
Team” on the FOX television affiliate in Las Vegas.
John also
produced, ran, and performed in several successful comedy shows in Las
Vegas, including a show he organized in late 2007 that was sponsored
by HBO’s Comedy Festival. His experience running shows taught him
exactly what a great comedy show should be, and he works hard to
deliver that great show every time he steps on stage.
John’s
unique view of the world and cynical, yet goofy attitude have made him
a favorite in casinos all over the Las Vegas Strip and in clubs and
bars throughout the country. John was a finalist in the 2005 and 2006
“Laughs at the Beach” comedy competitions, and in the 2007 “Die
Trying” comedy contest in Las Vegas.
Don’t miss
the opportunity to see this quick-witted, hilarious young comic on his
way up, years before his imminent, and heartbreaking demise.

her at a comedy club you may catch her in the produce isle of your local
supermarket or at a Walmart looking for Benedryl or Dimmetap to help her
children sleep! After all a mom needs her rest! Maria married right out of high

Chris Roach
MC/Comic
Standing
6’6” tall Chris is bringing comedy to new heights. His self
deprecating humor and mannerisms make this gentle giant stand out
from the rest (or at least taller than the rest). Chris brings you
into his world talking about everything from his family to some of
his unusual life experiences.
Chris’
love for comedy came at an early age. “I remember trying to stay
awake as a young kid so I could watch programs like Saturday Night
Live and The Benny Hill show” he said. His ability to make people
laugh began early in his childhood “I became addicted to the sound
of laughter immediately. I would’ve run full speed into a brick
wall for a laugh. It’s something that only another comedian could
understand” says Chris.

Rich
Walker
Comedian/Actor
Who is Rich Walker? You won't
be asking that after you've seen him once! To call him a Stand-Up Comic
just isn't enough, he's a true blue modern day Entertainer! Rich makes fun of
the everyday predicaments we all get ourselves into, from odd shopping
situations to personal relationships. He covers it all! In Rich Walker you'll
see a little Lou Costello with a twist of Buddy Hackett. He's sort of a young
throw-back to when showbiz performers were fun loving entertainers. Delighting
audiences with tongue-in-cheek impressions, comical dance moves, & singing,
he holds a great likability with the young & old. People ask: "Rich, why
don't you get your own TV Show?" His reply: "I'm not the next Seinfeld but I
hope to be the guy after the next Seinfeld!" See Rich now, as he's undoubtedly a
Star on the Rise!

Jumpin' Josh
Flash

living, to fuel his material, Josh has shown that even depression can be
funny. Josh has audiences laughing at his "pain", throughout Long Island, New
York, New Jersey and Connecticut. He has earned honors, including:

Jamie Kahnis
1973-2005
I regret to bring you the
tragic news of the passing of one of our fellow entertainers. This weekend we
lost a shining star in Jamie Kahnis. He was just 31 years old.
I worked with Jamie on several
Comedy Shows over the past couple of years, he even roasted me at my birthday
jam. I'll never forget his bit with sponge bob square pants in the shower, that
joke really cracked me up no matter how many times I heard it. He also donated his talent
with many benefits to raise money for those less fortunate then ourselves.
BigDaddy & The Bulldogs had the pleasure of playing at his house-warming
last September.
We will surely miss you, Jamie.
The wake is Tuesday and
Wednesday 10/4,5 at the OB Davis Funeral Home on Route 347 in Port Jefferson.
2-4pm and 7-9pm
